Gone off the boil

It sounded like a very poor performance at Crewe and we have certainly gone off the boil in our last few games. The over-reaction on social media and NCM is ridiculous, however, the team shouldn't be immune to measured criticism.

Making 5 changes is fine when you win but this policy clearly backfired at Crewe. I hope we get back on it soon, starting at Carlisle.

Select your best team every time, stop changing it around.

Scraped a point by the sound of it. Long ball doesn't work unless there is a quick forward and a midfield supporting the target man.

Second half sounded much better. I'll definitely take 2nd place after a sticky patch though. Big game against Newport next week and the perfect time to kick on again.

We need to put some pace up front.

As long as we utilise that pace. Listening to the Crewe game, it sounded like we played long hopeful balls towards two fast but relatively smaller forwards in Forte and Allesandra.

Agreed. Too much long ball which is easy to defend when we have players capable of playing the pass it and go game.
