I know that this should really go in the Other Football Matters section but as that hasn't been used for months, I thought I would post it here with an OT title.

Below is a link to a story about Fawaz al Hasawi's apparent demands he is making to potential buyers. I know there were protests against the Trews but they will be seen as nothing compared to what will happen over the Trent if this guys holds on to power for much longer. Quite unbelievable:

Given the comment about the solicitors, seems to be accurate. Florist boards are in meltdown.

I don't think Fawaz can face giving up on Forest and writing off so much money. The article in yesterday's Guardian was a terrible indictment . If you check the form tables they're bang on form for relegation, players threatening to not train and as it stands as likely to lose more players than they gain at Christmas in the window.
If they're not sold soon, they could well implode and the manager walk. Well I hope so anyway.

He's made the back page of a The Sun now by accusing all managers in British football of being corrupt. He seems determined to go down in a blaze of glory. Popcorn anyone?

When he was president of Al Qadsia in Kuwait he loved it when they cheered his name. He wants to be loved over here and is frightend of being mocked back in Kuwait.

I think he is in for a shock at florists next home game if he is there, because the ever increasing number of their fans who want him gone completely will turn on him with some nasty chants.

The painting with Clough said it all.
