But the latest incarnation of NCM seems like another backwards step.

Anyway, how are people feeling about things at the minute?

Sheridan in
Branston gone
Ownership still in doubt

I feel a lot more positive than I did a few weeks ago but plenty of questions still remain. As always, it's never a dull moment at Notts.

Like you, not impressed with NCM.

i'm not bothered who owns the Club as long as funding is forthcoming. Delighted to see the back of Branston and Sheridan as manager with control of the recruitment.

Looking forward to seeing who he signs and the start of the season.

I'm not expecting miracles but a solid season with a sniff of the playoffs would be welcome.

The players we have been linked with so far seem to be a significant step up from much of the dross we have had to suffer of late. Let's hope we can get some of them through the door. Sheridan knows how to build successful squads at this level and I feel much more optimistic about next year. As for the ownership, at least we will know where we stand one way or the other by the end of this month so we can really start to move on. It's also worth mentioning that the new CEO seems to be getting on with his job really well from what we can see on the outside.

Not many seem to be posting on NCM at the moment. Will be interesting to see if that continues.
