Can we keep up our excellent home form against one of the pace setters or will the Salford shambles still be playing on our minds? I'm going for a draw and hope that this will be a springboard to 3 points against Barnet on Tuesday.

I wouldn't be shocked if we lost this one, but since I'm an optimist I'll go for a hard-fought 1-0 win.

going for a 2-0 win. Hopefully off field problems will distract their players.

Think we may just scrape a 1-0 win, the cobblers have huge off-field problems but as always with most teams adversity brings out the fight in a team and that is the thing Notts constantly have problems playing against, other teams just seem to want it more when playing against us. Lots of quality but sadly lacking in backbone at times.

Hmmm didn't know any team news at all before getting to meadow lane due to a busy morning and to say I was puzzled by the line up was an understatement (where was aborah and McLeod)? I was fearing the worst to be honest. Northampton looked nothing special but how many times are we gonna say that and still come away with points. After sitting there this after freezing my nuts off my optimism is just slightly ebbing away.

Aborah is I'll (suspected glandular fever) and McLeod was suspended. I couldn't get yesterday due to family commitments and wasn't even in a position to listen to the radio so I am trying to piece together what kind of performance it was. I'll be there on Tuesday against Barnet and hoping for a good performance which can lift us out of the depression which has quickly descended since Salford.
