So after a solid 0-0 mid week against a decent Bristol Rovers side what do you think our chances are against a team 11th in the table?

They have played (and are unbeaten) 7 of the bottom 10, we will be their 8th
Apart from beating Portsmouth and leyton orient their results against mid and top table teams have been poor losing 5 out of 7.

Hopefully we can maintain a sturdy defence and have a little extra going forward and sneak a little win.

Hopefully, as it seems we may have got the defence sorted, but in turn looks like it stifles our attacking flair but the quality we have we must take our chances when they come. So a 1-0 win is what I predict. Please Notts not another inept away performance or it will be one grumpy coach ride home.

They are not going to be easy to beat so I think 1-1. We need at least a point from the game.

I would be delighted with a point but optimism is getting the better of me so I am going to go for a 2-1 win. Stead and McLeod with the goals.

Just to keep things interesting, I'm going for a 2-0 Notts win. Goals from Noble and Edwards.

Sounds like a good performance from Notts in the first half, especially after going a goal behind. Sadly, it won't be enough to silence the whinging numpties on Mad!

Let's hope so. We must be the happier dressing room at half time. Some of the comments on the Mad match thread beggar belief but I suppose I shouldn't be surprised.

1-1, a good away point but with the shots, we do need to convert more chances.

Onward and upward.

Happy with that. Hopefully, if we can follow up these draws with a win against Pompey, we might just be starting to build up some momentum.

While an away point is a good point, yesterday is a game we should have won really not one side we have played has looked anything special. The squad we have is very good for this division but we don't seem to playing to our strengths, maybe to sort out our defensive mistakes which is getting there possibly, there were a couple of players having an off day Campbell and aborah were average at best but it was a tight pitch area and not suitable for our brand of football. Would love to see aborah as an attacking midfielder he would be a revelation in my opinion.

I also think that Aborah could do a lot of damage further up the pitch. It sounds like we could and possibly should have taken 3 points yesterday and as frustrating as that is, it is definitely a big step forward from the sort of away performances we were getting at the likes of Oxford and Morecambe.

Very happy with that point as long as we can keep our home form going we will soon climb the league.

A big test this week though which I honestly have idea how we will do.
