Do we miss the 'like' button and 'like' scores?

I can live without the like button. A nice little touch but I had forgotten all about it if I'm honest

I think a 'Dislike' button would be more useful on the MAD site!

A 'self destruct' button would work wonders on MAD

We don't appear to have one. Check the message from Vital asking if we want to appoint an administrator.

Thanks for the notion MM (assuming it's not sarcasm!!!).

I think I could do a decent job as moderator, but only if I stopped posting myself. A good mod has to step aside, ignore club loyalty and personal likes or dislikes, and make a consistent judgement in line with the rules. I prefer to join in with the general banter and leave the judgement to others. I like to offer a strong opinion when needed but always try to stay within forum rules. So far this site hasn't needed moderation, let's hope it stays that way.

I've asked the site whether their reference to admin is the same as moderating, out of curiosity.

So far with the posters currently on board, it's been good discussion without the unnecessary abuse.

I like the fact that there is a separate off topic forum. There was a time on Mad when you had to wade through all the political debate to find a thread on football. I do wonder whether the forum for non-Notts related football topics would be better merged with this one. I wouldn't mind , for example, if people wanted to talk about the England games on here rather than in the other football one.
