New Training Ground For County

New Training Ground For County

Notts County have announced a partnership with Arnold Town that will see us use their training facilities as a base for at least the next two seasons.

Following discussions between ourselves and the local side, an agreement has now been struck that will see Shaun Derry and the lads utilise the facilities Arnold have available at their Eagle Valley Stadium as a training base as we look to have a far more successful future.

Fans will of course get a first hand look at the facilities the players will now be using for the coming campaign when we travel to them for our first pre season friendly of 2014-15 on Wednesday July 9th (7.30pm kick off).

Chief Executive Jim Rodwell said of the agreement to the Official Site.

'I'm delighted to have finalised this agreement and would firstly like to thank everyone that we have dealt with at Arnold Town for their professionalism and cooperation in getting this over the line. In Eagle Valley we have found a first class training base for the club and I hope that this is just the start of a long and successful partnership between our two clubs.'
