'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Kiwomya Impressed With Pre Season So Far

Chris Kiwomya has said he's pleased with the attitude of the players after the first few days of pre season training.

Speaking to the Official Site the gaffer explained that the players had returned in not only a good condition having taken care of themselves over the summer but they had also returned in good spirits and he believes it bodes well for the future.

'It's been very good and the lads have worked very hard and come back looking extremely fit. The balls have come out early, not only because of the game next week but because I like to see them incorporated, even as early as the first day.'

Kiwomya adds that the players are a little bit rusty, but that's to be expected at this stage and it'll soon disappear as they get more back into the swing of things.
